Lecithin effectively and quickly supports the proper functioning of the brain. This product is GMO free, plus it is vegan and made from soybeans. The product contains the necessary phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylethanolamine and phosphatidylinositol, which provides cell membranes with the components needed to maintain a healthy structure, smooth work and signaling abilities that affect the proper functioning of the brain and every cell in the body.

Suggested Use: Take one (1) heaping tablespoon daily, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner. Can be sprinkled on cereal or mixed in juices, soups, or salad dressings.
